Purchased licenses - SaaS subscription inventory
Overview
The SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) subscription inventory contains all subscriptions that have been imported from the provider (e.g. Microsoft 365 or Adobe Creative Cloud).
The import creates and updates license objects (CI License). With every license , all assigned (authorized) accounts are enclosed as "Cloud Subscribers". Those accounts are matched against existing Persons by their e-mail address. After successful validation of the license (adding purchase information, relevant Software Product and License Pool) the system creates license requirements for every Person.
