Automatically apply the tightest Service Level Agreement when updating activities
Overview
"Automatically apply the tightest Service Level Agreement when updating Activities" option allows to skip the message with information about the more suitable Service Level Agreement when updating Activities and apply the suggested Service Level Agreement automatically.
By default, when you update Activity, the system proposes a more suitable Service Level Agreement according to newly set data. This behavior is set by default and the corresponding message is shown at the bottom of the dialog:
This option is applicable to the following Activities:
- Incidents
- Problems
- Change Requests
- Tasks
- Tickets
- Service Requests
SLA management
In order to Disable/Enable auto apply of the tightest Service Level Agreement when updating Activities:
- Start Matrix42 Workspace Management and click the Service Desk application.
- In the navigation area, click Settings.
- Click the Edit action.
- In General section select/disable the check-box option "Automatically apply the tightest Service Level Agreement when updating Activities".
- Click DONE.
