Error message in the task manager: Runtime failed

Summary

The log file of the Enterprise Manager Agent displays 'Runtime failed' error messages after several tasks have been assigned.

Cause

These tasks may have been created in older Enterprise Manager versions.
This error occurs if no hard links such as AND or OR have been specified in the start-up conditions.

Solution

1. Open the affected sequences.
2. Change the respective connector in the start-up conditions (from AND to OR or vice versa) and then back again.
3. Step 2 rewrites the sequences.
4. Please remove existing tasks and recreate them accordingly.
