Access and Setup I: Login

Login

  • Nagivate to securecontainer.matrix42.com
  • Login with your credentials
  • You will see five sections; Dashboard, Users, Devices, Setup, Audit Trail

Add Administrators

Access users are your administrators of the Secure Container environment.  They would include your server/user operations teams your engineering teams and possibly your helpdesk or other administrative type user.  These are accounts are used to manage the environment

  • Navigate to Setup
  • In the navigation pane Select the “Access” on the Setup & Configuration screen
  • Click “Add User”
  • Enter E-Mail
  • Enter First Name
  • Enter Last Name
  • Select Assigned Organization 

You may create sub organizations, here you can link the Admin account to any of the sub organizations

  • Select Assigned Group 

Assigned Groups are the Administrator groups which you will create

  • Enter Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Click Save

Edit Administrators

  • You can update the user name and email address for your administrative users. 
  • Under Setup & Configuration select Access in the navigation pane,
  • Select the user you wish to update and click the ‘pencil’ button. 
  • Make the updates necessary then click the ‘Save’ button

Delete Administrators

  • You can delete your administrative users. 
  • Under Setup & Configuration select Access in the navigation pane,
  • Select the user you wish to update and click the ‘X’ button. 
  • Proceed with Yes
